• Fan or AC depending upon your need and atmosphere of location. If room is well ventilated then a fan can fulfill the requirements.

• Cooking gas stove induction stove if you are willing to cook on your own.   
• LPG cylinder if choosing Gas stove.
• Cooking utensils like pressure cooker etc.
• Set of utensils like plates, bowl, cup, glass, spoon according to number of members.
• Arrangement of drinking water, it could routine water bottle service or RO machine.

• Television as per your requirement.
